Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

In compliance of the direction of this Court dated 8th February, 2023, Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader has produced relevant record and very fairly submits that due to inadvertence the officer concerned has asked the petitioner for making the payment of demand, if any, is due. From record it appears that nothing is due and payable by the petitioner and the demand has already been realized as per the order of the appellate authority passed in the appeal which was filed against the adjudication order in question and question of taking further steps for realization of any amount does not arise.

Considering the facts as appears from record and submission of the parties and in view of the facts recorded hereinabove, I am of the view that petitioner could not have any grievance and no further order is needed to be passed in this matter relating to financial year 2010-2011.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 1830 of 2023 stands disposed of in view of the discussions made above.
