Accordingly, this writ petition W.P.A. 1966 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn, without any order as to costs.

However, withdrawal of this writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner to proceed with the proceeding pending before the forum concerned, in accordance with law.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
