Mr. Rananeesh Guha Thakurta ... for the appellant Mr. Rananeesh Guha Thakurta, learned advocate, who was initially the advocate-on-record for the appellant submitted that in February 2019 the appellant has taken back the case papers and he has also given no objection for change of counsel. However, it appears that the appellant has not engaged a new counsel. Therefore, the appellant does not seek to pursue the matter diligently. In the light of the above, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
