Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Dasgupta, has placed a communication dated 17th April, 2025 issued by the Sr. ACGDA (AN) of the Controller General of Defence Accounts. He submits that the order has been provisionally complied with. The writ petition is yet to be heard. The maintainability of the writ petition is kept open as submitted by the Ld. ASG to be decided appropriately. 2.

Noting further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, WPCRC 41 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Consequently, all pending connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

Let affidavit-in-opposition to the main writ petition filed by the Ld. ASG be kept with the concerned record. Time to file reply thereto is extended to a period of 3 weeks from date.

There shall be no order as to costs.
