The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 23rd June, 2021 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal in SA No. 77 of 2018. It is submitted that the petitioner being the successful purchaser of the property received possession whom the property was e-Auctioned under the SARFAESI Act. The Deed of Conveyance in respect of the property has not yet been executed in his favour. The petitioner filed the application at a time when the Tribunal was not functional.

Since the Tribunal is now functional, the petitioner may apply before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of SA 77 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
