Mondal, Mr. Himadree Ghosh ....for the Petitioner This is an application made by the husband being the plaintiff in a matrimonial suit now pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas on having been numbered as Matrimonial Suit No.71 of 2019.

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the matrimonial suit which was filed on 17th April, 2019. On perusal of the order sheets, it appears that issues have been framed on 3rd October, 2024. However, the hearing could not commence on the subsequent dates on diverse grounds including the absence of regular Presiding Officer (in short 'P.O). In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the said learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas or Judgein-Charge in its absence is directed to commence the

hearing of the suit as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same preferably by 31st December, 2026 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this revisional application. The same being CO 277 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
