Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor shows petitioner had taken her away and raped her. She was aged around twelve years at the time of incident. In view of the aforesaid facts and the tender age of the minor girl, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
