Report as called for filed in Court be taken on record. From the report, it appears that three prosecution witnesses were examined. The trial is in progress. The evidence was recorded on February 14, 2022, February 16, 2022 and February 19, 2022.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the trial is in progress and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances in favour of the petitioner warranting this Court to grant bail. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 308 of 2022 is rejected.
