Mr. Prabir Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed by the petitioner that he would engage a separate advocate and would not pursue the same. Be that as it may, Mr. Koushik Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party and draws the attention of this court to the contentions advanced in the revisional application.

The subject matter of this revisional application relates to a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The issues so raised are question of facts, which can only be adjudicated in course of the trial.

Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 125 of 2019 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
