There seems to be a private dispute between the parties over drawing of water supply connection from the common ferrule installed by the SonarpurRajpur Municipality. This dispute is not to be resolved either by the Sonarpur-Rajpur Municipality or by the court. There have been some criminal cases over such issues.

As the respondent no. 5 undertakes before this court not to disturb the petitioner if the petitioner draws a separate water supply connection from the common ferrule installed by the SonarpurRajpur Municipality at the premises, the matter is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to

approach the municipality for supply of the name of an enlisted plumber. One such plumber will be engaged by the petitioner and water supply connection shall be drawn from the common ferrule by the said enlisted plumber of the municipality under his supervision and at the cost of the petitioner to the petitioner's tank/premises. This writ petition is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
