In the order dated 24th of March, 2025 there are some inadvertent typographical errors in the body of the judgment; learned counsel for the petitioners mentioned the typographical errors. Let the typographical errors appearing in the body of the judgment be corrected in the following wayIn the cause title the petitioners name in "WPA 3510 of 1981" and "WPA 13574 of 1981" as well as "WPA 4661 of 1984" should be correctly read as "Vishnu Sugar Mills Ltd. & Ors."

In "WPA 13574 of 1981" the name of the respondents should be read as "Union of India & Ors." instead of "State of West Bengal".

In the second page paragraph one, line two, last word should be "in" instead of "on".

In all places of the judgment the term "Ton"

should be read as "Metric Tons".

In all places of the judgment the "Godabari"

should be read as "Godavari" and "Bishnu" should be read as "Vishnu".

In paragraph three at the last of the 2nd line words i.e. "which was" should be inserted and in the 3rd line after "consider"

and "turn"

should be read as "considered" and "turned".

Page three at line six "unit" should be read as "crushing". In line 9 after termed put "in" should be inserted. At line 12 last word "permitted" should be read as "paid". In the last but one line "entertained" should be read as "entitled".

In 4th page paragraph 7 line 2 after Government of India term "for" should be omitted and in its place "price for" should be inserted.

In the 5th page 2nd paragraph 1st line should be read as "petitioners are" instead of "petitioner is". In the same paragraph at 5th line should be read as "Petitions" instead of "petitioners".

In the same page 3rd paragraph at 5th line should be read as "falls" instead of "false".

In the 6th page 9th line after "capacity" "in the capacity" should be omitted.

In the 6th page paragraph 10 2nd line before "Sugar" should be read as "Riga" instead of "Rega". In 7th page line 3 term "government" should be substituted as "Price Determination".

In the 2nd line of page 8 "permitted" should be read as "paid".

In paragraph 13 line 3 "weak" should be read as "less efficient".

In paragraph 15 line 2 "rightful" should be read as "rightfully".

In paragraph 17 line 6 "had not" should be read as "were".

In the same paragraph line 11 date "20" should be read as "21.

In paragraph 21 at page 14 1st line "of" should be read as "if". In the same line "went" should be read as "wants".

The remaining portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The office is directed to make necessary corrections as mentioned hereinabove in the body of the order itself within a fortnight.

Let the instant order shall be made a part of the order passed by this Court on 16.06.2025.
