Case No. 2069 of 2015 filed for the offence punishable under sections 403/406/409/418/420/506 read with sections 34/120B IPC.

Miss Rita Dutta, learned advocate present in Court today is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.

Considering the said prayer of the petitioners, the revisional application is disposed of for non-prosecution. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
