Ms. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.5 and 6, produces documents to the effect that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. The instruction dated 26th April, 2023 issued by the CPWD authority concerned be kept with the record and considering such instruction, no further order is needed to be passed and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 1843 of 2023 stands disposed of.
