The alleged contemnor has filed an affidavit-ofcompliance. The same is taken on record. It is submitted that in terms of the order dated 2nd December, 2022, the Executive Officer-cumChairperson of Maheshtala Municipality has conducted the hearing and orders have been passed and communicated to the petitioners as private respondents.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
