None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier also when the matter appeared on June 16, 2023 none represented the petitioner. .

The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings of Hasnabad PS Case No. 720 of 2020. Mrs. Trina Mitra, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

The sum and substance of the revisional application for which the first information report was registered was that the accused have taken money from several persons for facilitating loan, but thereafter he was not traceable.

Having regard to the summary of the allegations and the fact that a prima facie cognizable offence has been made out for investigation, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings, particularly the investigation, which is in progress or was in

progress.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 249 of 2023 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently dismissed. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
