1. The petitioner seeks compensation in respect of alleged electrocution. On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation of the petitioner is considered in accordance with law.

2. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/1947/2026 stands disposed of by directing the Chief Electrical Inspector being the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22nd August, 2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law.
