We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Mr. Tapash Kumar Bhattacharyya, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants has fairly conceded that the incentive could not be paid as the writ petitioners did not submit any letter of consent for selling the suit plots as per the provisions laid down in the Direct Purchase Policy Memorandum No.756-LP/IA-03/14 (Pt-II) dated 25.02.2016.

Accordingly, the writ petitioners upon furnishing a letter of consent within three weeks from date, the alleged contemnor shall pay the amount towards the incentive within four weeks thereafter.

The contempt application being CPAN 74 of 2021 stands disposed of.
