Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Report of compliance as also service report filed by the State is taken on record.

This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail. 4.

By order dated 5th March, 2025, bail was granted in favour of the petitioner in CRM (DB) 361 of 2025 subject to following conditions:

(i) He shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders;

(ii) He shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever;

(iii) The petitioner while on bail shall not enter within the jurisdiction of the Sagar police station and shall meet the I.C. of the concerned police station, where he will reside, once in a fortnight until further orders. 5.

On the date the bail was granted in favour of the petitioner, the investigating officer was yet to be examined. Status report shows that next date is fixed on 24th September, 2025 for recording evidence of the investigating officer. Considering that the trial has not been concluded, such conditions have been imposed.

Hence, this Court does not find any merit in the application. 7.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed.
