1. Affidavit of service and the supplementary affidavit, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Balyagobindapur Balika Vidyalaya since 2009.

3. The petitioner's initial application for transfer on the ground of distance had been rejected in 2021. However, by way of supplementary affidavit filed in Court today, the petitioner had made a second application in the offline form for General Transfer on 02.01.2026. The said application is pending with the School Authority.

4. As it appears from the records, the School Authority has issued the requisite 'No Objection Certificate (NOC)' regarding transfer of the petitioner. However, it appears that the said application of the petitioner hs not been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur.

5. The School Authority is thus directed to forward a copy of the transfer application of the petitioner dated 02.01.2026 to the concerned District Inspector of Schools by 27.03.2026.

6. With this direction, WPA 1865 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
