1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant accepts the order and direction that has been complied with and also expressed his appreciation and thanks to the learned Additional Solicitor General representing the alleged contemnor for the efforts taken to comply with the order. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for a direction that may be issued to the Tribunal to expedite the matter.

3. As we are not aware of the pressure of the work of the Industrial Tribunal, we only make an observation that the Industrial Tribunal may endeavour to dispose of the order at the earliest.

4. With the above observations, the contempt application stands disposed of.
