The parties have agreed to amicably settle all issues. The writ petitioner unconditionally withdraws all the allegations against the Headmaster of the School, namely, Prithwis Kumar Acharyya. The proceeding before the Disabilities Commissioner and the order dated 12.11.2020 shall stand quashed and set aside.

The writ petitioner's pension papers shall be processed by the School as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of fifteen days from date.

For the aforesaid purpose, the writ petitioner shall approach the Head Clerk of the School, namely, Mrs. Khukumani Pakhira. The Headmaster and the

School shall keep all documents and forms that the petitioner has to execute and complete with Mrs. Pakhira.

The petitioner shall fill in all necessary forms and supply all necessary documents and submit the same to Mrs. Pakhira that shall be received on behalf of the School. The Headmaster shall thereafter process the petitioner's pension papers and send the same to the Office of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur for further action.

The delay in submission of pension papers to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur shall stand condoned.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur immediately upon receipt of a copy of the petitioner's pension papers, process the same and if found in order, forward to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, West Bengal, Pension Payment order may be issued subject to the relevant rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
