Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is a Bangladeshi and in compliance with the order dated 26.02.2025 he is not getting any rented accommodation within the jurisdiction of Berhampore Police Station, Murshidabad. However, he has one relative within the Lalgola Police Station, Murshidabad, and in such view of the matter the condition imposed in the bail order dated 26.02.2025 should be modified.

I have perused the reports signed by SubInspector of Police Lalgola Police Station, Murshidabad.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State the condition imposed in the bail order dated 26th February, 2025 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of "Lalgola Police Station and shall report once in every week to the Lalgola Police Station"

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
