Mr. Kausik De, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks to assail some orders passed by learned Judge, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal - II at Kolkata in S.A. 162 of 2019. Such application was filed before this Court, when the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal was not functioning.

The revisional application is supported by an application for production of additional evidence being CAN 1 of 2022.

In view of the submission disclosed by the learned advocate for the petitioners, it appears that the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal has resumed its ordinary function.

The matter as such stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner is given liberty to take recourse to

learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal taking advantage of this order, for the relief, if there be any, in accordance with the provisions of law.
