1. CPAN 113 of 2024 be treated to be on the day's list.

2. CAN 1 of 2024 filed in connection with the said contempt application is allowed, thereby impleading the present incumbent in the post of the alleged contemnor.

3. The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner shall carry out the necessary correction to the cause title of the contempt application during the course of the day.

4. CAN 1 of 2024 passed in connection with CPAN 112 of 2024 is also taken up for hearing. Similarly, CAN 1 of 2024 is also allowed, thereby impleading the present incumbent in the post of the contemnor as alleged contemnor.

5. Necessary consequential correction shall be carried out by the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner, also during the course of the day.

6. Copies of the amended contempt applications be served on the newly added alleged contemnors and affidavitsof-service be filed on the next date of hearing.

7. The matters shall next be listed on April 19, 2024 for passing further orders.
