... for the State 05.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.70 Rakib Since the writ petition has been preferred against the judicial order, I am of the view that the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.

Petitioner will approach the Revisional or Appellate Court of the original Court which rejected the order since the statute provides for provision of revision or an appeal.

As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. K. J. Yusuf, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear with a junior of his choice. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Accordingly, WPA 1980 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
