Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A.1700 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.3 being the Regional Transport Officer, South 24 Parganas, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 9th December, 2021. The said respondent shall hear all the necessary parties and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from the date on which the order is passed.

W.P.A. 1700 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
