Apprehending arrest in connection with Sadaipur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 dated 23.12.2018 under Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act, the present application has been preferred.

We have considered the materials in the case diary and we find that huge quantity of explosive/bomb was stored for creating dominance in the area.

Having regard to the nature of the offence and the fact that the petitioner has been evading the process of law for a considerable period of time, we do not find that this is a fit case to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. As such, the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application for anticipatory bail being, CRM 828 of 2021, is, thus, dismissed.
