Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance of non-registering of an FIR has already been redressed. A specific FIR has already been registered. That is why the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter.

Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It appears that a case has been registered as Chanchal PS Case No.131 dated 01.02.2023 under Sections 417, 468 and 471 of the Penal Code and investigation has commenced.
