Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for a period of 1 year and there was alleged recovery of FICN from the custody of the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are other accused who are involved and the quantity of FICN in the present case is of Rs. 4,92,500/-.

Having considered the huge quantity of fake currency recovered in the present case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 259 of 2026 is dismissed.
