The reliefs claimed in the instant application are couched in such a manner which cannot be entertained at this stage of the proceeding. The judgement and order dated 28th July, 2015 passed in OA 1168 of 2013 is sought to be reviewed at the behest of the respondent no. 2 of the original tribunal application.

The said review application is registered as RA5 / 2015 and still pending before the Tribunal. The first prayer pertains to rejection of the review application itself, which cannot be entertained nor can be extended to the petitioner.

However, upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner it appears that the main grievance relates to non-disposal of the said review application, which is pending since 2015. The certified copy of the order passed in the said review application is annexed thereto wherefrom it appears that though the same is otherwise ready for final disposal, yet for some reason or other the disposal thereof has been unnecessarily delayed.

We, thus, request the learned Chairperson of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal before whom the matter is pending to see that the said review application is disposed of as expeditiously as

possible and preferably within three months from the date of the communication of this order.
