1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for more than a month. It is further submitted incident arises out of a domestic quarrel. Allegation of attempt to murder is out and out false. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant also opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had threatened her over telephone from jail. A separate case has been registered.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a daring person. He threatened the de-facto complainant/victim over telephone from jail. A separate case has been registered. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
