The petitioner says that he was granted bail by the learned Trial Court.

However, because of miscommunication he did not attend the Trial Court after obtaining bail. Warrant of arrest was issued against him. He was again arrested on December 16, 2024. He is in custody for about two and a half months. 2.

We see that after obtaining bail the petitioner absconded. Such conduct of the petitioner does not entitle him to the privilege of bail. He may again abscond, if granted bail.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer for bail stands rejected.

CRM (DB) 360 of 2025 is dismissed.
