Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, as such, the earlier conditions imposed on 21.02.2025 are hereby waived.

However, the petitioner is directed to be physically present on each and every date of the trial so fixed by the learned trial court and shall meet with the Officer-incharge/Inspector-in-charge of the Berhampore Police Station once a week till further orders of the court. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is Allowed.
