Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 DL-5 21.06.2023 Court No.5 (AD) to 8 submits that, several writ petitioners were disposed of by a common judgment and order which was impugned in separate three appeals. Such three separate appeals were disposed of on July 21, 2015. The same order is under challenge herein.

In such circumstances, according to him, nothing survives in the present appeal.

None appears for the appellants in the second call. In such circumstances, FMA 680 of 2015 is disposed of.
