Mr. Debabrata Saha Roy Mr. Subhankar Das Mr. Neil Basu .....for the petitioner Mr. Puspendu Chakraborty .....for the IOCL The petitioner is aggrieved by a rejection letter on 22.06.2022 by which the site offered by the petitioner for the godown for LPG distributorship was rejected by the IOCL on the ground that the site was not found ready for commissioning. Being aggrieved, the petitioner sent a representation to the Corporation on 4th July, 2022. The petitioner is aggrieved that the Corporation has not responded to the representation. The petitioner filed a writ petition on 18th January, 2023.

After hearing learned counsel, WPA 1862 of 2023 is disposed of with the direction on the Corporation to consider the representation dated 4th July, 2022 and dispose of the same after hearing the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date. The representation shall be disposed of with a reasoned order. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within five weeks from date.
