Learned counsel for the petitioners and the State are present. It is very fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had approached this court against an order in a proceedings under Section 144(2) of the Cr.P.C. This Court had granted an order of stay on 03.02.2020 and as such at present neither is the interim order in force nor is the proceedings under Section 144(2) of the Cr.P.C pending before the concerned Magistrate. Accordingly, as the main case is no more in existence the present revision is infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
