Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ application her application for transfer on medical ground has been sent to the School Service Commission on 16th February, 2022. The allegation of the petitioner is that the School Service Commission is sitting tight over the matter and has not taken any decision.

I direct the Secretary of the School Service Commission to take a decision after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate the order to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
