The District Magistrate, (Panchayat and Rural Development Set up), Jhargram shall intimate the petitioner the fate of his application for compassionate appointment, after resubmission of the rectified three men committee report by the Block Development Officer, Gopiballavpur-II Development Block vide Memo No. 1156, dated August 20, 2019. Such intimation shall reach the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If it is found that the rectification had been accepted, then necessary steps shall also be taken in accordance with law to prepare the recommended provisional list in favour of the petitioner. If the candidature is not found to be acceptable on the basis of the rectified report, then the petitioner will be given the reasons for the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
