1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. In spite of service, none of the respondents are represented except for the respondent no. 1.

3. The petitioner, the unmarried daughter of the deceased retired employee, is aggrieved that the arrear salary along with interest according to the pay scale and pension has not been duly disbursed.

4. In spite of making representations which have been ignored, the petitioner is helpless and has, therefore, approached this Hon'ble Court.

5. Since the petitioner's representation has not been considered, I direct the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2025 by 31.03.2026 upon giving a hearing to the petitioner with adequate prior notice.

6. The respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation by 15.04.2026 and duly intimate the petitioner of the result of the representation.

7. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 2019 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
