The grievance of the petitioner is that the order of injunction, in the nature of status quo, passed by the learned Trial Court is being flouted and violated by the private respondent.

The petitioner seeks police protection for implementation of the order passed by the learned Civil Judge.

There is nothing on record to suggest that the learned Trial Court passed any order upon the police to take steps in the matter.

Hence, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Judge in seisin of the matter to seek necessary relief.

The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace at the locale and the parties to the suit are directed to strictly comply the order passed by the learned Civil Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
