Learned counsel appearing for the review petition submits that in view of passing of the judgment dated 28.08.2025 in a batch of cases along with W.P.S.T.112 of 2024, the matter in issue in the present review petition and the writ petition out of which the present review petition arises, has become infructuous.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents does not object to such submission.
