Mr. Sudip Ghosh, learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the prosecution filed copy of the final report being No.06/2022 dated 31.01.2022 under Section 169 Cr.P.C. stating that prosecution case is dropped against the petitioners for want of evidence.

Accordingly, all accused persons are discharged. Since the petitioners are discharged, the instant application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.

Memo of evidence along with copy of the final report be kept with the record.
