Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to furnish bail bond with a surety who is having landed property within the local jurisdiction in terms of the order dated March 8, 2022, by reason of his precarious financial condition. Such requirement should, therefore, be modified. State is represented.

For the ends of justice, it would be appropriate to modify the order dated March 8, 2022 by requiring the petitioner to furnish a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

All other conditions in the order dated March 8, 2022 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
