1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of 13.5.2026 SB two applications- one under Order 7 Rule 11 filed by the opposite party and the other filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code by the petitioner in Title Suit No. 11 of 2024 pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

2. In view of the order proposed to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice upon the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party within a week from date.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the materials on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned 2nd Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the two pending applications as aforesaid as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. C.O. 286 of 2026 stands disposed of.
