1. The petitioner participated in the recruitment process to the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, North 24 Parganas. The said process was completed in the year 2021.

2. The petitioner alleges several irregularities and discrepancies to the recruitment process. This court had in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. Vs. the State of West Bengal & Ors.) vide order dated 25th April, 2024 considered the entire recruitment process in detail and had passed certain directions.

3. The instant writ petition has been filed on 19th January, 2024, within the cut-off date mentioned in the said order dated 25th April, 2024.

4. The petitioner shall be entitled to appointment as Assistant Teacher on the same terms and conditions and

upon scrutiny as mentioned in the said order dated 25th April, 2024. The last date for receiving application shall be deemed to have been extended in the case of the petitioner in terms of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
