Respondent nos. 3 and 4 would communicate the 26.06.2025 Court No. 35 Item No. 08.

Rakib cost involved for deploying police assistance pursuant to the directions passed by the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas to the petitioner no.2.

The petitioner no.2 will with a copy of the order passed today inform both the police Stations. Accordingly, immediate steps be taken by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 for the required cost to be deposited, thereafter the authorities after deposition of cost would proceed in accordance with and in terms of order passed by the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas.

The aforesaid act be completed within a scheduled period of time as the State Bank of India is pursuing the litigation for a considerable period of time. With the aforesaid observations WPA 1874 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
