Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a doctor and is the resident of Rampurhat. The police case is being investigated into by English Bazar Women Police Station, which is in Malda. The petitioner is facing difficulty in complying with the condition of the grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the investigations are yet to be concluded. Hardly any time elapsed order after granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Moreover, the victim committed suicide in the inter regnum. Considering the fact that the investigations are yet to be concluded and considering the gravity of the offence alleged as
