The State of West Bengal Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan .....for the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Ranitala Police Station Case No.483/11 dated 15.12.2011 under Sections 406/ 417/ 418/ 419/170/ 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Record reflects that after completion of investigation the police authorities submitted charge-sheet.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State, I find that the petitioner approached this Court immediately after submission of the charge-sheet and the copies/documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were not supplied. Report also reflects that the petitioner was allowed to function his Muslim Marriage Registrar pursuant to the order passed in W.P. 14151 (W) of 2006. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial after receiving the copies/documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present

application is pre-matured application, as such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly with the aforesaid observations, CRR 11 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
