1. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party and also learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State are present.

2. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for disposal of all applications pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Mednipur.

3. It is submitted that a good number of applications are pending before the learned Judge for a considerable period and ultimately made a prayer for transfer of the case from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Mednipur to the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court,

Howrah.

4. Pendency of the applications, in my opinion, cannot be the ground for transferring the case from one court to another.

5. Considering all facts and circumstances, learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Mednipur is requested to dispose of all pending applications preferably within two months from the date of communication of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Interim order, if there be any, also stands vacated.

8. All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
