1. Let affidavit of service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioners are aggrieved that their residential property has been sold in an auction by the Bank initiated under the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the <said Act=). There is an outstanding in excess of Rs.1.12 crores.

3. The petitioners have also preferred an application challenging the auction of the Bank, which is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Kolkata, being S.A. No. 624 of 2022.

4. The next date of hearing is fixed on February, 17, 2026. It is expected that the Tribunal will take up the issues raised by the petitioners herein and

deal with the same without any further delay and as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
